Description
The Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation is soliciting quotes for three cabinets: two mobile, approximately 1,400-liter industrial desiccant dry-storage cabinets with combined capacity for approximately 200 filament spools, and one industrial filament drying/baking cabinet for drying newly opened or moisture-contaminated thermoplastic filament. The storage cabinets should support continuous ultra-low-humidity operation and accommodate standard and engineering materials, including PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, nylon, polycarbonate, PA-CF, PET-CF, PPS, and PPA. Desired features include heavy-duty construction, locking casters and doors, adjustable shelving or spool racks for 1 kg, 2 kg, and 5 kg spools, electronic desiccant humidity control with data logging and alarms, spare desiccant modules, and recommended maintenance kits. PTFE filament feed-through ports are preferred but not required. Quotes must include delivery, pricing must remain valid for at least 90 days, and the award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The solicitation is an MBE set-aside and requires an active MBE certification at closing; bidders must also be registered with OhioBuys and have a state payee/supplier ID.
