This Sources Sought/RFI concerns specialized meteorological and weather forecasting software for U.S. Air Force and U.S. Army personnel and support contractors. The software must display, interrogate, analyze, and visualize NEXRAD Level 2 and Level 3 radar data; ingest real-time Air Force NEXRAD Local Data Manager feeds; process AN/TMS-2 Tactical Weather Radar data; and support offline playback of archived radar data. It must operate on Air Force Standard Desktop Configuration and Army Gold Disc environments, run without local administrative privileges, comply with applicable DISA Application Security STIGs, and support SFTP, HTTPS, SSH, and FIPS 140-2/3 validated cryptography. The requirement covers 80 new full perpetual licenses and 590 upgrade licenses, for a total of 670 transferable licenses. Electronic delivery within 30 days after receipt of order must include installation binaries, license keys, technical documentation, cybersecurity documentation, vulnerability reports, STIG compliance checklists, and a Software Bill of Materials. The purchase must include support, maintenance releases, patches, bug fixes, and minor upgrades for the life of the major version; respondents must also describe pricing for future major-version upgrades and provide information supporting Air Force Network authorization and Risk Management Framework assessment.
