Description
The Navy is requesting a firm-fixed-price quote for voyage repairs to the USS Rafael Peralta (DDG 115). Work includes removing rust and corrosion; replacing insulation and upholstery; extracting deteriorated ventilation hood fasteners; cleaning, inspecting, and servicing air-conditioning and refrigeration condensers; washing the hull above the waterline; and providing shipboard scaffolding and rigging services. The work package specifies the work locations and quantities, technical standards, inspections, and reporting requirements. Quotes must include pricing using the provided price breakdown worksheet, technical qualification materials identified in the qualification checklist, completed representations and certifications, and the specified solicitation forms. Award will be made to the lowest-priced technically acceptable offeror. The contractor must be able to remove temporary services and leave the ship within 24 hours after notification.
