Description
The Department of National Defence is seeking a contractor to provide progressive, safe, full-spectrum training for 40 participants over five days. The program must combine theory and practical instruction in urban operations, hand-to-hand combatives, firearms handling, and close-quarters combat, including day and night shooting with rifles, shotguns, and pistols and realistic scenario-based training in built-up areas. The contractor must provide qualified instruction, at least one instructor with a minimum of three years of demonstrated close-quarters combat experience, one assistant instructor, one French-speaking instructor, targets, training aids, resources, and a finalized curriculum. Required deliverables include a course syllabus and lesson plans, instructor curricula vitae, recommendations for follow-on training and curriculum integration, and an after-action/training summary with questions and answers. The work is planned for October 13–17, 2026, with a contract expenditure limit of CAD 40,000.
