Description
This is a sources-sought notice, not a solicitation or request for proposals. The Bureau of Reclamation is conducting market research for an anticipated IDIQ requirement covering maintenance and repair of three Sullair TS-32 air compressors. The anticipated work includes routine and preventive maintenance, emergency diagnostics and repairs, replacement parts, and on-site technical support. Parts must be new and sourced from the original equipment manufacturer, and the vendor must be an OEM-authorized parts distributor and service center with staff who have at least two years of experience servicing Sullair screw compressors and a record of Sullair field service over the past two years. The anticipated contract structure is one base year plus four one-year options. Interested businesses are asked to submit a capabilities statement describing relevant projects completed in the past five years, including project details and customer references, and to state their bonding capacity. The agency is considering whether to set aside a future solicitation; no contract award will result from this notice.
