Description
Ascension Parish Government is seeking a licensed contractor for Phase 2 renovations and refurbishment of the Donaldsonville Courthouse for the parish maintenance department. The work includes replacing windows and doors; refinishing approximately 6,330 square feet of flooring; repairing the Veterans Administration office; installing an ADA ramp at the front-left door; and repairing and repainting interior doors, trim, and ceilings. Bidders may submit paper bids or electronic bids through the parish-approved online bidding site. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is required for prospective prime bidders. A 5% bid security is required; for electronic submissions, a copy of the bid bond must accompany the electronic bid and the original must be delivered to the Purchasing Department within 48 hours after bid opening.
