Description
The project includes demolition of existing equipment, fixtures, and finishes in the gymnasium, offices, and toilet areas. Work includes new gymnasium flooring, wood wainscot, trim, and base; new HVAC systems for the offices, main gymnasium, and seating addition; and new lighting, power, and fire alarm extensions in renovated areas. New finishes include plywood wainscot, gypsum-board walls, and a lay-in ceiling in the addition, plus gypsum-board walls, resilient flooring, rubber base, and a lay-in ceiling in the renovated offices. The project also includes motorized bleachers, motorized basketball backstops, and sidewalks at exit locations.
