Granite School District, on behalf of the Education Purchasing Advisory Council (EdPAC), is seeking statements of qualifications from vendors and paper products that may participate in quarterly copy-paper bids during 2027. This is a prequalification opportunity only; vendors should not submit pricing at this stage. Subsequent purchases will be cooperative purchases for school districts and other political subdivisions throughout Utah, with no guaranteed quantity. Historical 2026 demand was approximately 58,800 cases. The requested paper is white, 8.5-by-11-inch, 20-pound copy paper suitable for copy machines, fax machines, laser printers, and duplicators, with brightness of at least 92, virgin long-grain fiber, and no secondhand paper. Domestic and international paper are acceptable. Vendors must complete the vendor prequalification questionnaire and confirm mandatory capabilities, including full-truckload delivery, statewide delivery including remote areas, technical support, and lot information for shipments. Vendors proposing paper not on the approved list must submit a technical specification sheet and one free case of each proposed brand for testing before the deadline; samples will be evaluated for quality, runnability, jamming, and dust collection.
