Description
This Sources Sought notice seeks potential sources for the new manufacture and supply of two rotary pumps for the T56 platform, part number 6827283 and NSN 4320006543617OJ. The requirement includes component procurement or manufacture, inspection, testing, preservation and packaging, and shipping; there is no repair requirement. Potential sources may also need to provide supply-chain management, logistics planning, production forecasting, long-lead-time parts procurement, diminishing-manufacturing-source and material-shortage support, and shipment of serviceable assets. Sources may incur nonrecurring engineering costs associated with becoming an approved source and may need to complete a Source Approval Request package. This is market research only, not a solicitation or commitment to award a contract.
