Description
Glenwood Town is soliciting statements of qualifications from qualified civil engineering firms to provide professional engineering services for its Culinary Water Improvements project. The work will build on the Town’s Culinary Water Master Plan and hydraulic model and may include redevelopment of a culinary water spring, a new concrete storage tank, a new culinary well and well house, water meter replacements, and transmission and distribution pipeline improvements. Services may include planning and hydraulic modeling; engineering design; construction drawings, specifications, cost estimates, and contract documents; surveys; regulatory, environmental, and cultural-resource permitting; coordination with Utah drinking-water and water-rights agencies; funding administration; contractor procurement assistance; construction observation, inspection, scheduling, quality-control evaluation, and project reporting. The selected firm may also provide additional planning, design, or construction-management services over a three-year period. Statements of qualifications are limited to 15 pages and must address the firm’s qualifications, key personnel, workload, relevant culinary-water experience, project approach, familiarity with the Town, and references with owner contact information.
