Description
The City of Annapolis, Maryland is accepting sealed bids for the construction phase services for the West East Express, Poplar Trail Improvements and West Extension. The scope of work includes the construction of a ten-foot wide shared use path within an abandoned railway track between Gibraltar Avenue and Admiral Drive, and the widening of the existing trail along Popular Avenue and Taylor Avenue, for a combined distance of approximately 1.3 miles. The project also includes associated improvements as detailed in the specifications and design plans. A virtual pre-bid meeting is scheduled for June 29, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. local time via Google Meet. Bids are due by 2:00 p.m. local time on October 2, 2026.
