Description
Renfrew Victoria Hospital is seeking a qualified contractor to provide snow clearing/removal and ice-control services throughout its service areas. The scope includes supplying labor, equipment, and supplies; plowing and removing snow and ice, including drifted and blown snow; applying approved de-icing materials; and taking preventive measures to limit accumulation on walkways, sidewalks, main entrances, and loading docks. Services must be performed safely, promptly, efficiently, and in an environmentally responsible manner so that access to the hospital’s sites and buildings remains safe and unobstructed for staff, physicians, patients, and visitors. The initial contract period is 24 months, with an option for one additional one-year period.
