Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award Philips Healthcare a sole-source, full-service agreement for preventative maintenance and repair of Philips imaging equipment. The equipment includes PET/CT, CT, mobile C-arm, and diagnostic ultrasound systems. Services include authorized technician support, travel, labor, tools and materials, OEM parts, repairs, telephone and remote diagnostic support, required software updates, and preventative maintenance. The stated period of performance is February 1, 2027, through January 31, 2028. This is not a request for competitive quotes. Interested parties may email written capability information demonstrating their ability to meet the requirements by the response deadline. The notice requests general information and technical background describing the prospective contractor’s capabilities and experience. Prospective contractors must be registered in SAM to be eligible for award.
