NOTICE Notice is hereby given that Camden Community Partnership (CCP) is requesting REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT/ CONSTRUCTION INSPECTION SERVICES FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THE RIVER BIRCH TRAIL, CITY OF CAMDEN, CAMDEN COUNTY. Copies of the RFP are available via email by sending an email to bfisher@camdencpinc.com with the subject line “River Birch Trail CM/CI” Monday through Friday between the hours of 9 am and 4 pm, with a delivery receipt request. CCP will not be responsible for emails sent during the non-working hours noted. Proposals must be submitted to the offices of Camden Community Partnership, Ferry Terminal Building, 2 Aquarium Drive, Suite 310, Camden, NJ 08103. Proposals are scheduled to be opened on Thursday, October 22, 2026 at 1:00 PM. Any proposals received after said opening, whether by mail or otherwise, will be returned unopened. No proposals will be accepted after the above-referenced date and time. Proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes, with the RFP title clearly marked on the outside. If hand-delivering a proposal, it must be left in the marked bin accessible in the office of CCP, 2 Aquarium Drive, Suite 310, Camden, NJ 08103. Bin access is M-F 9 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. only. Proposals may not be emailed, faxed, or transmitted over the telephone. Nothing herein is intended to exclude any responsible firm, or in any way restrain or restrict competition. All responsible firms are encouraged to submit proposals. Camden Community Partnership reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals submitted in the best interest of the CCP and the City of Camden and further reserves the right to waive any defect or informality in any proposal should it be in the best interest of CCP.
