Description
The School Board of Clay County is seeking an all-or-none proposal for up to 820 Aruba CX 6300M or equivalent 48-port copper multi-rate Gigabit Ethernet switches. Each switch must include dual hot-swappable power supplies, fan modules, rack-mount kits, and stacking accessories, including stacking DAC cables or transceivers at least three meters long. The solution must support redundant operation, multi-gigabit ports, PoE standards, high-speed uplinks, stacking, Layer 2 and Layer 3 routing, monitoring, and enterprise telemetry. Proposals must separately price hardware and licensing or maintenance in one-, three-, five-, six-, and seven-year increments, include 24/7/365 technical support, and address compatibility with the District's existing infrastructure. Installation and configuration are not required. Respondents must provide the completed RFP forms and certifications, pricing, technical approach, company qualifications, and required references. Equivalent products require descriptive literature and an explanation of compliance with the specifications.
