The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority (WAPA) is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the design, supply, installation, and commissioning of a 2MW/8MWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) at the Schneider Regional Medical Center in St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands.
