Description
Bob Hope Charter School 1 is soliciting proposals for fully managed leased lit-fiber Internet access delivered over Ethernet fiber to seven campus demarcation points. Requested bandwidth ranges from 5 Gbps to 10 Gbps for most locations and from 1 Gbps to 10 Gbps for the administrative building, with bids requested at specified bandwidth increments. The scope includes installation, activation, initial configuration, maintenance, and technical support. The solicitation seeks a three-year contract with voluntary extensions and bandwidth scalability during the contract term. Proposers must complete the applicable vendor attachment form for each service location, separate eligible and ineligible costs, include any applicable special-construction installment-payment option, and submit through the designated electronic RFP system. Evaluation considers price, vendor reputation and service quality, fit with the district network infrastructure, and past relationship with the vendor.
