Description
Tazewell County Public Library is soliciting proposals for Internet access bundled with transport service at Tazewell Main Library and Richlands Branch Library. The requested bandwidth is between 400 Mbps and 1 Gbps at each location, with asymmetric service acceptable. Proposals must include pricing for at least one static IP address and router/modem lease options. Services must terminate at the building demarcation point, generally the main distribution frame, rather than merely at the property line. Offerors must include all monthly recurring, non-recurring, and any special construction charges, identify ineligible costs, provide applicable taxes and surcharges, and accept responsibility for delivery, construction, permitting, pathways, and rights-of-way. Services are needed effective July 1, 2027; month-to-month and contracted offers will be considered, with requested pricing for 36- or 60-month terms and optional 12-month extensions. Proposals must be emailed to all listed Form 470 contacts and include the applicant name, Form 470 number, SPIN, and the service provider's terms and conditions.
