Description
The North Atlantic Treaty Organization is soliciting a complete, production-ready audio/video editing infrastructure for broadcast workflows at NATO Headquarters. The solution must include four edit workstations or edit cells, a centralized server-based ingest and playout platform supporting at least 12 simultaneous ingest channels and six playout channels, shared production storage of at least 200 TB, editing and workflow software, networking, integration, configuration, testing, documentation, training, and support. The system must support Avid Media Composer and Adobe workflows, growing-file editing while recording continues, MXF processing, transcoding, rewrapping, metadata and timecode preservation, quality control, monitoring, recovery, and operation without an internet connection on NATO premises. The contractor must dismantle the existing setup, deliver and commission the replacement system, provide a one-day workflow-configuration training session, and provide warranty, maintenance, and service-level support. The proposal must include detailed pricing, a proposed solution, a delivery and installation schedule, at least three substantially similar contracts performed within the last five years, and all required annexes. Subcontracting is not allowed. The initial contract term is three years, with two one-year extension options, for a maximum duration of five years.
