Description
Graves County School District seeks a high-speed Wide Area Network solution connecting six remote campuses to Graves County High School. Proposals may offer vendor-managed lit fiber, vendor-owned and maintained dark fiber managed by the district, or another high-speed technology meeting the requirements. Connections must support reliable, secure data, voice, and video transmission, with a minimum 10 Gbps handoff and the ability to upgrade to 40 Gbps. The RFP specifies technical, availability, repair, compatibility, and service-support requirements, including dedicated connectivity for each remote site. Responses must identify the proposed service type and include a technical approach, implementation timeline, anticipated fiber-route maps, service and support details, itemized one-time and recurring costs, and a sample contract covering the initial term and renewal options. The district requests at least three references for similar services provided during the past five years. The lease is for an initial five-year period with three additional five-year renewal options, subject to mutual agreement.
