Description
Santa Rosa County is procuring equipment for rehabilitation of the Madura Five Storm Water Lift Station. The scope includes three submersible stormwater pumps with pump base elbows, guide rails, lifting chains, and pump power cables; electrical and control panels; associated electrical equipment and components; and construction, startup, and final punch-list support. The equipment will be provided for installation by a separate installing contractor, with supplier assistance during construction and pump-station startup. The solicitation requires pricing for pumps and associated components, electrical equipment and associated components, and construction/startup support. Bidders must provide an estimated delivery date, searchable PDF submissions, a 5% bid guarantee, required licenses and certifications, insurance documentation or a letter of insurability, references, a conflict-of-interest form, a notarized entity-crimes statement, and proposed subcontractor information if applicable. The specifications require a 365-day completion period after written notice to proceed, performance and payment bonds when the contract exceeds $200,000, and construction support including startup services.
