Description
Singing River Health System is soliciting sealed bids for normal power generator equipment under a rebid procurement. The project estimate is $1,000,000. Bidders must use and sign the prescribed Bid Proposal Form, comply with Davis-Bacon Act wage rates and Buy America Act requirements, and provide verification and documentation for those requirements. A 5% bid bond is required, and the successful bidder must furnish performance and payment bonds equal to 100% of all labor and materials. Contractors performing work exceeding $50,000 must hold a Mississippi Certificate of Responsibility and include the certificate number on the bid envelope. Plans and specifications are available digitally to registered plan holders; bids may be submitted in person or electronically through the designated project website. Oral, telegraphic, telephonic, and email proposals are not accepted.
