Description
The United Nations Development Programme is soliciting a single supplier for the supply and delivery of food products to the National Police School and National Gendarmerie School in the Central African Republic. The required items include coffee, tea, powdered milk, sugar, spreads, chocolate paste, spices, seasoning cubes, iodized salt, soybean oil, tomato concentrate, peanut paste, rice, pasta, eggs, mutton, goat meat, frozen fish, frozen whole chickens, and beef. The solicitation requires pricing for the full quantity and does not permit partial offers. Deliveries are planned over 30 weeks within a maximum 10-month period after issuance of a purchase order, with regular deliveries to both schools and daily deliveries at 16:00 for meat, fish, and poultry. The supplier must maintain the cold chain, possess or arrange refrigerated transport, provide appropriate food-safety, sanitary, and veterinary documentation, use compliant packaging, replace rejected products within 48 hours, and demonstrate relevant experience, financial capacity, storage facilities, cold-storage equipment, freezers, and a cold room. The technical offer must address delivery methodology, quality assurance, sustainability, subcontracting, and an environmental and social management plan.
