Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, through the National Cemetery Administration, is soliciting a single-award, fixed-price with economic price adjustment, indefinite-quantity contract for the manufacture, packaging, and worldwide distribution of flat bronze markers. The requirement includes B1, B6 Medal of Honor, T1 old-style, and T6 Medal of Honor old-style markers, along with specified bronze composition, finishes, inscriptions, emblems, threaded brass rods, nuts, and washers. The contractor must provide normal deliveries within 20 calendar days and accelerated deliveries within 10 calendar days of an order, maintain shipment and quality records, support returns and reshipments, and provide weekly delivery reports. The ordering period runs from April 1, 2027, through March 31, 2030, with a three-year maximum contract duration. The Government will order at least 10,000 markers and may order up to 225,000 markers over the contract. Offerors must submit four separate PDF proposal volumes, a completed and signed SF 1449, the price-cost schedule, technical information, past-performance information, and production samples of each required marker type. The technical volume is limited to 40 pages and must address experience, key personnel, and quality control. Past performance requires three to five relevant references from the previous five years, with completed past-performance questionnaires sent directly to the Government.
