Description
The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command, Hawaii, is conducting market research on alternative door-lock products with performance equivalent to BEST hardware manufactured by Dormakaba USA Inc. Any proposed alternative must be a small-format interchangeable-core system compatible with the existing BEST locks. Interested parties are asked to submit technical data, information, and specifications sufficient to evaluate product compatibility. Responses must be typed in at least 11-point Times New Roman, on single-sided 8.5-by-11-inch pages, and submitted in Adobe PDF format. Company information and a point of contact must also be provided; company brochures should not be submitted. This is market research only and is not a solicitation or commitment to award a contract.
