Description
Ossining Union Free School District is soliciting sealed bids for the rebid of the Electrical Construction contract for Phase 1 renovations and additions at Ossining High School. The work is part of a project involving locker-room renovations, a two-story addition above the existing locker room, three science classrooms, and a three-story addition containing nine career and technical education classrooms. The successful bidder must be properly licensed for the applicable trade and able to obtain the required performance bond, separate labor and material payment bond, and insurance. Bidders must also satisfy qualification requirements, including financial statements, bank references, litigation and proceedings history, a surety statement of intent to issue the required bonds, and descriptions of comparable completed projects. A bid security deposit of at least five percent of the base bid is required.
