Description
Saginaw Covenant Academy is requesting firm-fixed-price quotations for Category 2 technology services for the 2027 funding year. The scope includes managed internal broadband services; licenses and basic maintenance for wireless access points and wireless controllers; and firewall service, components, software, licenses, and maintenance. The requested quantities include approximately 16 wireless access points, two wireless controllers, and one Fortinet 100F firewall, with Ruckus or equivalent products for the wireless components and Fortinet or equivalent for the firewall. The applicant states that it is seeking licenses rather than new equipment. The proposed managed broadband and basic-maintenance contracts are intended to run from July 1, 2027, through June 30, 2028. Vendors must provide firm-fixed pricing, have an E-rate SPIN, maintain the required service-provider certification filing, and have an active SAM.gov registration. Proposals will be evaluated based on price, prior experience, understanding of needs, personnel qualifications, completeness, and capability to complete the services within the required timeframe. Non-USF-eligible items must be separately identified and quoted.
