Description
Washington Township is soliciting bids for approximately 3,500 gallons of clear on-highway ultralow sulfur diesel fuel during a January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2027, contract term. The fuel must be winterized as needed, and pricing must exclude taxes because the Township is tax-exempt. Bidders may offer either 24-hour, seven-day access to a fueling facility within two miles of 4 Flicksville Road, Bangor, Pennsylvania, or supply and install, at no cost to the Township, a 500-gallon-or-larger tank with spill containment and an electric transfer pump, then deliver fuel as needed. The selected vendor must provide proof of insurance. Pricing must be submitted using the provided bid form and PennBid pricing response.
