Description
UNDP Ethiopia is seeking a national/local supplier to provide 22 heavy-duty tubeless radial truck tires, size 315/80R22.5, 20-ply rating, speed rating K/M, load index 156/150, suitable for severe off-road and highway terrain, and 10 light-vehicle tires with tubes, size 7.50R16, 8-ply rating. The light-vehicle tires may be Jamal, Bridgestone, or equivalent. Tires must be new, manufactured within the stated recent-production period, and supplied with the required authorization certificate and standard manufacturer or supplier warranty. The supplier must deliver all items within seven calendar days after issuance of the purchase order, including unloading at the UNDP Central Warehouse in Jijiga, Somali Regional State, under DPU Incoterms 2020. Quotations are evaluated primarily on technical compliance and lowest price. The quotation must include the completed quotation and technical/financial offer materials, company registration and tax documentation, recent similar-project experience, and required bank and cargo information.
