Proposals must be submitted prior to 2:30 pm on Tuesday, October 06, 2026 from companies wishing to provide these goods/services to the County. No pre-solicitation meeting is scheduled. Description
Lee County is soliciting bids for an as-needed site and civil construction contract. The scope may include asphalt paving, milling, resurfacing, striping, concrete work, drainage, culverts, curbing, sidewalks, ramps, sodding, ADA improvements, signalization improvements, and signage throughout Lee County, with work performed under county project authorizations as applicable. The selected contractor must provide all required labor, services, materials, equipment, tools, consumables, transportation, skills, and incidentals. The response must include the completed county bid proposal form, required supplier information and attributes, requested forms and attachments, reference surveys, a letter of bondability, applicable registration documentation, and certificates and licenses. A bid bond is not required, but a surety letter of bondability is requested. The solicitation also requires compliance with applicable immigration, background-screening, foreign-entity, public-entity-crime, and subcontractor-disclosure requirements.
