Description
The United Nations Development Programme in Bosnia and Herzegovina is soliciting quotations for construction works divided into two lots: one housing unit in the Municipality of Kiseljak and one housing unit in the City of Konjic. Bidders may submit an offer for either or both lots, but partial quotes within a lot are not permitted. Each unit is a Type 1 individual residence, with civil, structural, masonry, carpentry, roofing, insulation, waterproofing, finishing, plumbing, electrical, lightning-protection, and heating works, together with required materials, equipment, testing, and completion documentation. The required response includes completed bills of quantities, a signed technical and financial offer, bidder declaration and quotation-submission responses in the portal, completed and signed key-materials schedules, signed Gantt charts, company registration and tax/employment records, references and satisfactory-performance statements for at least three similar projects completed within the last 10 years, proposed personnel lists, and CVs and credentials for civil/architectural, electrical, and mechanical engineers. The construction period is 120 calendar days per lot from site access and the engineer's notice to commence. A 10% performance security is required after award, and an advance payment of up to 10% may be available against a bank guarantee.
