Description
UNDP, for the UN-Habitat Green Al-Salt project, seeks one contractor to rehabilitate and develop the Al-Midan Cluster in Al-Salt. The scope covers demolition, excavation, grading, concrete and structural works, waterproofing, masonry, paving, curbs, lighting, signage, plumbing, drainage, irrigation, electrical systems, hardscape furniture, planting, soil preparation, and other landscape works across Al-Midan Plaza, Church Square, and Oqba Bin Nafeh Street. The intervention covers approximately 17,000 square meters. The bidder must submit a complete technical and financial proposal, including the required bidding forms, signed and stamped bills of quantities and drawings, technical methodology, implementation timetable/Gantt chart, safety and quality plans, equipment confirmation, company and financial documentation, relevant project experience, and CVs and availability confirmations for key personnel. The project duration is 91 calendar days, with an explicitly stated expected commencement date of November 15, 2026. A bid security of JOD 6,000 is required, and performance security of 10% of the contract value is required before contract signature. The contract includes a 365-calendar-day defects liability period and a 20% quantity variation provision.
