Description
Correctional Service Canada is soliciting physiotherapy services for offenders at four Quebec Region institutions: the Federal Training Centre, Archambault Institution, La Macaza Institution, and Port-Cartier Institution. Bidders may propose for one or more streams, and services include physiotherapy assessments, treatment plans, treatment delivery, patient education, rehabilitation recommendations, care coordination, progress notes, and related clinical documentation. Services are generally performed on site during clinic hours, with scheduling determined by mutual agreement; La Macaza services are normally provided Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and weekend clinics may be scheduled when operationally warranted. Authorized travel and living expenses for Port-Cartier may be reimbursed under the applicable travel directive. The proposed physiotherapist must meet the solicitation's registration, experience, language, security, and health-information protection requirements. The contract runs for three years from award, with one optional renewal year. The procurement is open to Canadian suppliers and will be awarded to the lowest-priced compliant bid meeting all mandatory requirements.
