Description
Humboldt Unified School District seeks quotes for one internet access and data transmission service with capacity between 200 and 400 Mbps for the high school football field press box. Installation and initial configuration are included. Quotes must itemize eligible and ineligible costs separately and include all applicable fees and Arizona sales tax. Pricing must remain valid for the life of the contract, and the provider must offer the applicant the option of SPI or BEAR invoicing. Quotes must plainly display the provider's SPIN and the Form 470 number. Vendors must certify compliance with the FCC Lowest Corresponding Price requirements and applicable restrictions on covered telecommunications equipment and services. Contracts shorter than 60 months must allow annual one-year and/or month-to-month extensions at the applicant's discretion, not to exceed 60 months. Quotes exceeding $100,000 must be linked to an eligible state master, cooperative purchasing, or compliant consortium contract.
