Description
This opportunity is for maintenance dredging services on the Mississippi River, specifically in the Southwest Pass Area, from mile 6.0 AHP to mile 19.5 BHP. The contractor will be required to furnish a fully crewed and equipped cutterhead dredge with a discharge size of 30 inches or greater inside diameter, along with all attendant plant and crew. Work may also be performed in other areas within the New Orleans District. The estimated magnitude of construction for this project is between $10,000,000.00 and $25,000,000.00. The solicitation is expected to be issued on or about February 20, 2026, with a bid opening date to be established in a future amendment. Further details and documents will be posted on SAM.gov.
