Description
Provincial Health Services Authority, acting as agent for Interior Health Authority, is requesting quotations for the supply and rental of a mobile MRI trailer and associated equipment to provide temporary MRI service while hospital MRI systems are upgraded. The proposed equipment must meet or exceed the clinical and technical specifications in Appendix C, and pricing must cover a 3.5-month contract term with two possible one-month extensions. Respondents must submit the completed clinical/technical questionnaire, pricebook, quotation form, a draft standard rental agreement, proposed mobile MRI trailer specifications including a site-preparation checklist, WorkSafeBC clearance letter, current insurance certificate, and signed Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Disclosure. The quotation must be submitted through the designated procurement portal as a signed PDF and must include all applicable supporting documentation.
