Description
The University of Missouri, through Missouri Research and Education Network (MOREnet), seeks suppliers to provide data transport services connecting member sites to the MOREnet backbone. The scope includes aggregation and tail circuits, Ethernet delivery, industry-standard termination equipment, installation and initial configuration, service-level commitments, bandwidth upgrades, quality-of-service support, and network monitoring compatibility. Pricing is requested for site-specific circuits and bandwidth options ranging from 20 Mbps through 100 Gbps. The contract will be awarded on a site-by-site basis and may involve multiple suppliers. Service must be operational within 120 calendar days of each order. The contract period is three years from award with one automatic three-year extension, and circuit orders may be placed or renewed during the contract term. Respondents must participate in applicable Federal Universal Service Fund programs and provide a Service Provider Identification Number, comply with specified performance standards, and submit the required pricing and response information through the University of Missouri System's electronic bidding platform.
