The Gloucester County Improvement Authority is soliciting professional audiologist services for residents of Shady Lane Home. The selected audiologist must be licensed in New Jersey and provide audiological care in accordance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations. The scope includes a comprehensive in-house audiological screening for each resident; monthly scheduled visits, with each resident seen at least annually; emergency visits as needed; unlimited hearing-aid adjustments; documentation in the Sigma Care System; notification to the facility District Nurse/Nurse Manager of service changes affecting residents; and billing Medicare, Medicaid, and private-pay patients. Proposers must submit a copy of their license and current malpractice insurance. The cost proposal must identify any retainer, services covered by the retainer, and hourly billing rates. The contract term is March 1, 2026, through February 28, 2027, and travel expenses will not be reimbursed.
