Description
The City seeks a vendor to provide coffee, tea, hot chocolate, sweeteners, filters, and related supplies for multiple departments. The bid pricing sheet lists estimated annual quantities and specified products, including some brand-specific items for which substitutions are not allowed. Quantities are estimates, with no guaranteed purchases or dollar amounts. The awarded vendor must provide and maintain specified coffee brewers and air pots at no cost, including repairs or replacement as needed, and clean and maintain decanters. The vendor must regularly check departments' supplies and restock them according to each department's needs. Deliveries are to multiple city locations, with no delivery, shipping, or fuel charges. Pricing is firm through June 30, 2027, with up to four additional one-year renewals by mutual agreement.
