Description
The County of San Diego is seeking a supplier for as-needed crew-neck sweatshirts in heather gray, made from either a 50/50 cotton-polyester or 55/45 cotton-polyester blend, with 7.5-to-8.0 fabric weight, cover-seamed and ribbed collars, cuffs and waistbands, and elastic cuffs and waistbands. Required sizes are small through 6X, plus 8X and 10X. Estimated quantities are provided for evaluation only; the County will order through individual releases and pay only for quantities ordered. Orders must be delivered within 10 business days, with 36 hours' advance notice before delivery. Delivery is FOB destination at no additional cost, with specified carton, palletization, labeling, unloading, and delivery-hour requirements. The quotation must include the completed required forms, pricing schedule, RFQ questionnaire, and samples if requested. Award evaluation will consider price, delivery capability, and acceptance of submitted samples.
