Description
Cobb County School District seeks quotes for the supply and delivery of six clay products on an as-needed basis: low-fire red earthenware, low-fire white clay, mid-range red/terracotta stoneware, textured or speckled mid-range stoneware, high-fire white stoneware, and raku clay. Vendors must provide pricing per 50-pound carton and identify the earliest possible delivery date after receipt of a purchase order. Prices must include shipping and delivery, and clay must have been manufactured within 60 days of delivery. Purchases may vary from estimated quantities; delivery is to the district warehouse, not individual schools. Samples may be requested for testing and must then be delivered within 24 hours. The quote form also requests pricing for additional related items. The award may be made by line item or to multiple vendors, based on the lowest responsive and responsible quote meeting the requirements. Quotes must be submitted through the district's Euna Procurement Portal. Required response items include the vendor questionnaire, IRS Form W-9, Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act forms, an acknowledgment and agreement form, and the quote form. A disclosure of lobbying activities form is required if applicable. Insurance proof is not required with the quote but must be available upon request and provided before award; specified coverage includes general liability, auto liability, umbrella, workers' compensation, and employer's liability.
