Description
This opportunity is for Lot 2, the supply of tactical boots for NATO Headquarters Fire and Emergency Services and Headquarters Security Force personnel. Boots must meet the applicable EN ISO 20347 standard, be mid-cut, waterproof and breathable, lightweight, slip-resistant, antistatic, and resistant to oils, fuels, and abrasion. They must be black, compatible with operational trousers, and available in the required size range. All footwear must be new, unused, free of manufacturing defects, and suitable for intensive professional use; the contractor must replace defective footwear during the warranty period. Product samples may be requested before award but are not required with the quotation. The agreement has an initial three-year duration and may be extended annually by mutual agreement for up to two additional one-year periods. Deliveries are to NATO Headquarters as specified when ordering, with an initial delivery within two months of contract signature and standard replenishment within three weeks of a request. The response must include the completed technical evaluation matrix and pricing schedule, along with the required bidder identification and certification materials.
