Sports Clothing and Footwear

This opportunity covers Lot 5: the supply of sports clothing and footwear for physical training and fitness activities. Required items include sports T-shirts, shorts, tracksuits, windbreakers, four sports shoe models (two running and two multisport), and long stretch running trousers. The products must meet the technical requirements for materials, comfort, moisture management, durability, and intended use described in the solicitation. The pricing schedule requests unit prices for each line item and applicable bulk-purchase discounts. The contract is for an initial three years, with up to two optional one-year extensions by mutual agreement. Deliveries are to be made to NATO Headquarters as specified when orders are placed; the contract anticipates an initial delivery and subsequent annual and ad hoc orders. Samples of the four proposed shoe models are required for evaluation and approval before ordering begins; other samples may be requested before award.
