Description
The U.S. Navy's Military Sealift Command is soliciting firm-fixed-price quotes for seven line items of Allen-Bradley parts supporting the USNS Sojourner Truth load center breaker upgrade. The required quantities include spreader terminals, circuit breaker accessory end-cap kits, and phase barriers, with specified Allen-Bradley part numbers; substitutes and alternative brands will not be accepted. Quotes must include the requested supplies, unit and extended pricing inclusive of packing and shipping, total firm-fixed pricing, discount terms, technical descriptions and part numbers, delivery lead time, delivery method and destination, country of product origin, and the required representations, certifications, and other statements. The parts must be delivered by March 18, 2027, and quotes must not include vendor standard commercial terms and conditions. Quotes may be submitted by email in Adobe or Microsoft Office format only.
