Description
The U.S. Army Research Laboratory requires a maintenance agreement for its Ordered Powder Lithography GL-100 additive manufacturing machine. The work includes hardware updates, software updates, and modifications to maintain the machine’s operational quality and processing capabilities. The proposed term is a two-year base period with one two-year option period. The notice states the agency intends to solicit and negotiate with Grid Logic Incorporated as the machine’s original equipment manufacturer and sole known source for the relevant intellectual property, repairs, and periodic updates. Other responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation for consideration by the stated response deadline; this is a notice of intent to sole source, not a request for competitive proposals.
