Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to Imagine Milling Technologies, Inc. to renew 21 GmbH Exocad/Exoplan software licenses for 60 months, from December 31, 2026, through December 30, 2031. The licenses support digital dentistry and 3D-printing operations at two VA dental laboratories. The agency states that the existing software is integrated with the laboratories’ current computers, monitors, scanners, and related equipment. It considers Imagine Milling Technologies the only source able to renew the licenses without substantial duplication of cost or disruption to dental laboratory operations. This is a notice of intent, not a request for competitive quotes; interested firms may submit capability information for the agency’s consideration.
