Description
Phillipsburg School District is soliciting proposals for Category One internet access and data transmission services with capacity between 5 Gbps and 10 Gbps for seven eligible entities. The requirement includes installation and initial configuration. The attached pricing worksheet identifies Phillipsburg Elementary School and additional district service locations, transport and internet bandwidth options, transport ownership, a 36-month term, and a July 1, 2027 service start date. It also includes an IPv4 static address block /24 requirement. Bidders must submit a signed and dated specification document and complete Attachment A, including the vendor name, SPIN, and whether the vendor owns the transport facilities. Responses must be tailored to the district’s technical requirements; spam or robotic submissions will be deemed nonresponsive. Bids must comply with applicable New Jersey public-school contracting laws and board policies.
