Description
Metro Water Recovery seeks pricing, lead times, and installation for replacement batteries in its Eaton 9355 UPS units. The selected vendor must inspect the units and battery cabinets, confirm battery models, supply the required batteries, remove and replace them, and test each UPS unit after installation. Batteries must be Eaton brand or equivalent; the solicitation lists battery trays and lead-acid battery items, along with unit and quantity details for the equipment to be serviced. The vendor must provide all labor, materials, and equipment; properly dispose of, repurpose, or recycle the replaced batteries; report any injury or property damage; and clean the work site. Services are to be performed during Metro Water Recovery’s normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., unless otherwise approved. The proposal must include a detailed price for each required part, labor, and estimated installation timeframe for each UPS unit.
