Description
Huntington School District 16J is requesting proposals for leased lit fiber transport supporting wide area network services and unbundled internet access. The requested standalone data transmission service has a capacity range of 1 Gbps to 5 Gbps and includes installation and initial configuration. Proposals must comply with applicable Oregon procurement laws and Schools and Libraries program requirements. Providers must maintain compliance with SLD requirements and provide a valid Service Provider Identification Number (SPIN). The district will reject late, noncompliant, irrelevant, promotional, or automated submissions. The solicitation identifies multiple required attachments and forms, including cost proposal, special construction worksheet, proposer information and certification, responsibility inquiry, disadvantaged business outreach plan, disclosure exemption affidavit, special construction cost allocation scenarios, and a checklist.
