Description
Sherman County School District is soliciting proposals for dedicated Internet access supporting instructional, administrative, and operational needs. The requested service must provide scalable symmetrical bandwidth from 1 Gbps to 10 Gbps, reliable connectivity, dedicated/static IP addressing, IPv4 and IPv6 routing, BGP with multiple autonomous system numbers, DDoS mitigation, specified peering capabilities, and compliance with applicable E-Rate national-security requirements. Proposals must include service-level commitments, network and fiber pathway diagrams, proposed routing and construction details, demarcation information, implementation timelines, a sample contract, customer references, and pricing for 36-, 60-, and 120-month service terms. If special construction is required, the proposer must provide separate construction pricing and supporting information. The selected provider must be registered with USAC and maintain a valid Service Provider Identification Number (SPIN).
